So, what is etikka?

Etikka is a Finnish term for vinegar, a sour-tasting liquid made from the fermentation of alcohol or fruit juices. It has been used for centuries in cooking, preservation, and as a condiment. Etikka is a versatile ingredient that adds acidity and tanginess to dishes, making it a popular component in dressings, marinades, sauces, and pickling brines. Its flavor profile can vary depending on the type of vinegar used, such as apple cider, white wine, red wine, or balsamic vinegar. Etikka has also been recognized for its health benefits, including improving digestion, reducing blood sugar levels, and aiding in weight loss.
